Despite rapid progress, challenges remain. Recycling elastic materials is technically complex, and many garments are made from fiber blends that are difficult to separate. Researchers and manufacturers are working on solutions, including the development of monomaterials that can be recycled without loss of quality.
The future points toward a market where sustainability is no longer a niche selling point but a standard expectation. Compression wear will continue to support performance and recovery—but increasingly, it will also stand as a symbol of responsible innovation.
